The development is a class A three story office building with a roof-top and underground parking. 
Project Amenities: Rooftop overlooking the pond, outdoor working space, underground parking. CDC guidance for office space will be followed in the operation of the building, including HEPA air filtration systems, touchless access and additional tech enhancements.
